Bossam Bar

Bossam Bar is an Asian wrap house, located in the Jeweler's Row in downtown Philadelphia, run by Joe and Ken, a couple of Korean-American guys from Los Angeles.  After moving to Philadelphia, they have both worked as part of staff and/or contracted as consultants for different restaurants before finally opening their first restaurant - Bossam Bar.

Bossam Bar is a quick-service restaurant, in the sense that customers are not waited on. It's a quick and casual self-service flow during lunch.  Most of the menu is made to order, with freshly prepared ingredients every morning.
